The room was not bad at all, the hotel was pretty nice for a road side stop over. I came in the hotel with a great attitude, ready to check in and hang out in St. Joe's, for my birthday get away. After a long night out I requested an extra hour for check out to get some extra sleep... more

After driving with 2 children from Gurnee, IL, we arrived in Benton Harbor tired and ready to check in. We had called earlier and were told that we could check in early. The front desk person did not even bother to acknoledge me until I greeted her. She then proceeded to find our room, while making faces, huffing and puffing... more

I've stayed there a few times... Friendly staff, clean rooms with fridge and microwave... always hot coffee and a pretty good continental breakfast. There was also internet available on the 2nd floor. All-in-all not a bad place to stay for a night. more
