The pool was filthy, and had a layer of hair and scum across the entire top! Bathroom and shower facility were also dirty, and there was broken equipment in the fitness center. Not to mention the woman at the front desk was very rude to us! I will NEVER go back!! more

We spent a night here over Labor Day Weekend and enjoyed this hotel a lot. The rooms was clean and spacious, staff friendly and helpful and pool area a great place to relax. more

We have family in Big Rapids so we stay in the Holiday Inn at least once a year. It's a nice hotel. Their restaurant is good and the pool is nice.
