I had an opportunity to stay at this wonderful hotel last night traveling to the upper Peninsula I decided to stop in Birchrun. I found a great rate on hotel coupons dot com And decided to stay here. The staff was extremely friendly the rooms were very clean.

The hotel is located close to the Expo Center and the Outlets. The staff they had could NOT have been friendlier or more attentive! This hotel by far was the best out of our trip! The rooms were clean and they even gave us adjoining room. The staff was very friendly and even opened the pool an hour early for our kids! Breakfast for large and offered for a decent amount of time. I would definitely stay again.

Stayed for a brief night, just as a stopover. Service was exceptionally friendly, room was large, clean and quiet. Breakfast was basic, but fresh. Didn't have time to use either the gym or the pool area, but both looked quite inviting.

Very very small rooms and bathrooms! Where are the updates?? Hair everywhere, poop in the pool, garbage bags outside rooms for hours!
