We stayed at the hotel for a event in the area. The hotel is old, but it was clean. We had a problem with the TV not working, and right away a new TV was brought to our room. The swimming pool was decent but the shallow end was 4ft and if you have kids, make sure to bring floaties.... more

We stayed here for a wedding. We had over half the hotel booked, so we saw several rooms, this is not just one room review!! Dirty and dingy. Mold on ceiling in bathroom as well as spots that looked like they had been painted over to cover them up. Towels were so rough, you could use them as back scratchers.... more

We arrived and the Terminix Man was their talking about their roach problem throughout the hotel and their KITCHEN. We were staying at the Cadillac Woods for a wedding and called ahead because we knew we would be arriving late in the evening and wanted to make sure we would be able to get into our room. Rooms were very clean and staff very friendly. Pool was clean. Service in the restaurant was extremely slow, but we were very happy with the rest of our stay. Name is being changed to Cadillac Woods. more

Beds stunk, water was dirty, toliet did not flush right. NO AC. Manager laughed in my face about my concerns. Basically said "too bad sucker". Then found out the place across the street called Driftwood Motel charges half what the Best Value does. Go figure. more

Stayed here for 5 nights while visiting a friend who was here on leave for 2 weeks from Kuwait... Nearby highway sign says it's "NEWLY RENOVATED", however.. I wonder what they renovated.
