It looks like there has not been an in-depth review of this hotel lately, so I'll give it a shot. Like every Hyatt, the bed has a down duvet and down-surround pillows. I slept very comfortably. The front desk staff were some of the friendliest and most competent I've seen in a while. There were some service quirks (like losing... more

Upon checking to a Regency Club room (since August), one receives a booklet of coupons for various amenities such as breakfast buffet and appetizers in lieu of the Regency Club which is no longer opened up each day. more

A really impressive hotel. Nice large well maintained room. Excellent breakfast and evening meals - either a la carte or buffet.. Nice swimming pool, jacuzzi & sauna. Staff very helpful. The only drawback is the position, if as we were travelling without a car, is having to take a taxi everywhere. more

My wife and I went for a 3 day family reunion. We were going to spend the first night at the Hyatt and the next two with family. However, we were so pleased with the hotel and staff that we decided to spend all three nights at the Hyatt. more

1-night stay for pleasure & convenience. Since this is a big convention/event hotel, I was worried this would be a cumbersome experience. Very pleasantly surprised - it was superior in every way. The hotel is 25 years old+, but has "seasoned" very very well. I looked hard to find evidence of wear & tear or shabbiness, and found none. I... more

This hotel is great if you have the money to pay for it. I got a room for $72 a night off of hotwire or I would have been upset. Everything was topnotch, service, rooms, cleanliness. I hate it that these upscale hotels make you pay $10 a day for internet access All in all great place but not really... more

Stayed here for one night with my wife and two teen agers during a visit to the Ford Museum. Was upgraded to the concierge level even though our room was paid for with Hyatt points. Check in was friendly and efficient (it was a Monday night and the hotel did not look that busy). The room was well decorated and... more

We spent 5 days at the Hyatt for a car club show, 3 days of show and 2 more of relaxation. The meeting facility was large and suited our purposes. Our room was clean and comfortable, if a bit small for this kind of hotel. The Hyatt was close to the Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield village. There is a... more
