This is not even a four star. The whole ambience feels oldish. Small overstuffed lobby. Rooms average for this class. Then: total power outage for three hours. I mean: dark as a cows ... . We stayed one night with our 2 young children at the Ritz Carlton in Dearborn and we enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and always greeted us as we entered or left. The room was beautiful and quiet. We loved the pool as well-there was only one other family in it at the time. more
