I probably missed this little tidbit since I booked the room via the 800 choice number. I booked a double , but seeing this place doesn't have any elevators and one person in my party requires a wheelchair. I called the hotel before booking the 800 number way...and asked if I could be assured of a ground floor double. They... more

Hubby and I stayed at the Quality Inn because of the price. A motel in East Lansing was going to cost $120 and we got this one for $72....we didn't mind driving 20 minutes to save some money. The check-in experience was a little longer than normal, they didn't have our reservation, even though I had called the day before... more

I liked this place. The room was very clean and quiet, and the lady on the desk was extremely helpful. (When I couldn't make a long distance call any other way, she loaned me her own cell and guesstimated the cost from her cell contract charge.
