I believe The Manor opened in the summer of 2006 in a restored house/inn on Little Glen Lake. I've eaten there several times over the last couple of years and am always shocked that more people haven't discovered this gem. Both for lunch and dinner, the food is amazing. And all lunches include desset and all dinners include soup/salad and dessert. Try the Manor Trio for lunch, which (as of Saturday) included the Chicken Cherry Salad Melt (the owner, Nancy, was the owner of Le Bear and brought this with her), ceasar salad and soup for $9. I don't think you can go wrong with any of their dinner entrees. They have a porch out front for outdoor seating and three, private rooms (two with tables for up to four and one with a table for up to six or eight) as well as their main dining room. Can't wait to go back when I'm back in Glen Arbor later this summer! more
