We stayed one night after a Tigers game so we really didn't miss having a swimming pool. Very clean rooms, nice new feel to the place. Friendly staff at the front desk and a wonderful restaurant within walking distance. A little bit noisy from the nearby freeway but not too terrible (especially if you are used to traffic noise). Stayed here one night for the Red Wings game. (hubby works in the area, and it was easier on the travel just to stay locally than to drive the 2 hours home from the game). My daughter and I were in town for a wedding and we spent 3 nights at the Farmington Hills Red Roof Inn. We recommend it highly. Everyone was very nice and courteous. I am writng my honest experience at this Red Roof Inn in Farmington Hills Michigan. I choose this motel due to my past positive experiences with Red Roof Inn. We went down to ozzfest...so we werent really in the room for long, it was nicely decorated and looked pretty good, except the phone had dirt and debris on it ...but other than that...the room looked nice. They had a nice choice of cappuchinos and coffees in the lobby area and the lady that checked us in was very accomadating.... more
