The room was not very clean. When confirming reservations they said I had booked smoking when I had not, they said I booked for 1 night instead of 2. They straightend things out but it took awhile. My car was broken into at 10am in broad daylight with the cleaning staff walking about. Staff said if was the first time this had happened but when I looked in the phone book for auto glass repair some of the pages had been ripped out so obviouly others had experienced similar problems. They said there is a trailer park close by and they think that is where the thiefs live. I would never ever stay there again. It is definetly not a safe area. Next time I will go right into Flint for my next shopping trip and stay near the Genessee Valley Mall. more
