My dad and I stayed at the Tobermory in September of '02 when we were in Grand Rapids to attend the Memorial Service for my grandmother (my dad's mother). It was my father's second stay at the Tobermory and my first. From the time I booked the rooms for us until we were waved goodbye (with a map of how to get to the airport) both Renee and her husband were incredibly warm, caring, and most efficient. Renee had even put a vase of flowers and a sympathy card in my room for me and Dad since she knew the purpose of our visit.

I can highly recommend this wonderful historic Bed & Breakfast. Renee and Jim are fantastic hosts with a real feel for "guest services" and a personal touch that makes you feel welcome and comfortable.
