Stayed here on our way to somewhere else. It was convenient, just off the expressway and well priced on the Raddison web site. The rooms were pretty standard, clean and not cramped. The mattresses could have been more comfortable, but I slept fine. The hotel restaurant is good and there is a lounge as well. The pool area is very... more

We stayed at this hotel for a spring break. It was booked six weeks in advance through the internet. When we got there we were informed the hot tub was broken. I could not get a refund on our rooms. We ended up staying and the rooms were stinky, the air units worked terribly, and there are no hookups for... more

I stayed at this hotel on the night of June 23, 2007. We reserved the $81/night internet rate and definitely weren't disappointed. Check-in went well. There was a pretty long line and it moved quickly. Our first room, the key wouldn't work at all, so they immediately gave us a different room. I thought the rooms, hallway, & elevator all... more

I don't know what I expected, but this hotel did NOT meet my expectations. The staff - specifically the front desk & restaurant staff - were attentive enough, friendly and courteous. No problem there. The room was small. The TV didn't even have videos on demand (WTF?). The bathroom was so small I had to close the door to the... more

This hotel is gross, it is dark and dreary. The staff was friendly but practically incompatent. The lobby and meeting rooms smelled of cigarette smoke because of the lounge on the lobby level (which seems to be a local hangout for townies). The rooms were not the worst I have seen, but the elevator was so slow you could have... more

This place is great if you love blood and yellow-blotched stained bedspreads, cigarette holes burned in the blankets, clogged sinks and bathtubs, AC's on the blink, dirty carpets, broken elevators, and odd smells. My children were disgusted with place as they kept saying, "This place is really gross, dad." After talking with the management about moving rooms we were told... more

This Radisson hotel is a little difficult to get to, because the streets surrounding it are a bit ambiguous. The lobby is very pleasant and check-in was quick. The days I went (1/18/05 - 1/20/05) there was a snow storm, and the parking lot was plowed well by the time I got up in the morning and out to my... more

Hotel was ok, accept that we didn't get room which we wanted, someone who checked us in, couldn't provide map of Grand Rapids, Air conditioner at our room was broken (spontaneously turned off and turned on its own). TV at our room didn't have any jacks at all, piece of junk. Pillows felt like someone put a bunch of clothes... more
