The rooms are average, the location is within 20 minutes of anything you might need in Grand Rapids, and the staff is what you would expect from a 3 star hotel. We had 2 adjoining rooms and both were ok. We went to breakfast 1/2 hour before the scheduled ending time and all the hot items were gone. When asked if the food would be refilled I was told they wouldn't make more because they didn't want to have any leftover, so we had to do without. They did not respond... more
