This hotel has everything I needed for a 4 week stay. The staff are extremely helpful, the breakfast is great and plentiful and the bed is very comfortable. Having a fridge is really useful and the free WiFi is allowing me to write this review. Perfect. more

Decent rooms but could do without the yellow decor. Did a block booking and the manager worked with me to get an excellent price. Beds , sofa beds are excellent as are TV , fittings etc . We stayed at the Springhill Suites for the weekend for a Church conference. The Hotel was wonderful...The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast in the morning was really good. The pool was clean. The staff was friendly. We booked a total of 9 rooms, and everyone in the group has told me that they enjoyed their stay. more

I stayed for three nights at this hotel in July and overall I was pleased with my stay. There are two SpringHill Suites in Grand Rapids and this is the newer of the two. I use to like staying in this hotel, but not anymore. The staff has really taken a turn for the worse lately, and I often have to wait at the desk for a long time before anyone even greets me.
