This hotel has the nicest staff. They were very helpful and friendly. hotel offers a good free breakfast. Hotel looks like a motel but our room was very nice and size was more than ample. A little road noise for the lite sleepers, but I was fine. Would stay again

This is my third stay at this hotel and everytime we have stayed here the owner/manager has interacted with us persoanlly. He and his staff are so helpful and go out of their way to be sure their guests are happy and have everything they need. If I could give 6 stars for Customer Service they would get all 6.

A group of eight of us stayed in three rooms at the BW Harbor Springs last weekend for two nights. This is a family owned and operated business and the pride shows!
