We found this to be a very good motel. The person at the front desk was very welcoming. The room was clean and neat. The price was low. We would go there again. more
We booked for the weekend for the Tulip Festival. Every other place was either booked or the rates were raised unreasonably. We reserved a Jacuzzi room and intended this to be nice comfortable weekend. This hotel is a mess. since this review was wrote, we have renovated our rooms, and our exterior. we have a new mgr. who has turned us around.
Bad Things: * The Exterior was not very pleasing, a few screens knocked out, resting against the building, sloppy landscape with weeds and crabgrass. Landscape family bickering with each other as I entered. The Lobby was just as dumpy, seemed very low class. The clerk had on a faded black tee shirt with a hole in it. He was nice... more
in response to this review we have since renovated our rooms. we have put in new furniture, painted , new lighting and our rooms . the owner in now running this hotel and continues to make improvements. we would appreciate passing this along to your customers. thank you very much.
Would agree with other reviews. We rented a jacuzzi suite. When we entered the room, it smelled like someone had been cooking fried chicken; the smell did not go away during our stay. The jacuzzi took 45 minutes to fill with water and was not worth the wait. The TV remote did not work. Fortunately, we only stayed one night!! more

this review was written two years ago.the owner has taken over the running of this hotel. there have many changes including new furniture, new paint, new lighting, and new exterior. we would like to have this review removed.
My sister and I stayed here one night. Room and lobby were filthy. more
we would like to have this review removed . our rooms have been completely redone and our building has repainted inside and out. we have put in new furniture, lighting, and crapet.
We have been to this hotel several times in the last 5 years. They have always been very friendly and very reasoably priced for the area. Because we save so much on the price we have more money to do all the tourist attractions around the area. more
Out of town Travelers beware!!!! This is the most filthy hotel I had ever stayed in. My husband and I rented the jacuzzi suite and the room was cold, dirty and smelled awful. It caused my asthma to act up terribly. We had stayed here before on a few occasions when it was a Super 8 and never had it... more
