Friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms are clean. Welcome cookie/coffee available in lobby (from pump dispensers). I love that the pool is separated by a glass door in an atrium-esque space. It has tables and lounge chairs. I would not want a room off the pool, personally, due to the noise, but that is my preference.

Was able to check in 2 hours earlier than regular check in time. Cookies were very good. Everyone was very friendly, every employee we passed in the lobby or halls spoke and was very nice. Breakfast is a buffet, NOT a sit-down made-to-order. We had dinner in the lounge and it took about 45 minutes to get our food. There was only one person working the bar and serving. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would stay here again, but not get the breakfast or dinner.

Very nice hotel. Clean hotel, friendly staff. Originally chose this hotel for location but really liked the staff and would choose it again for that reason in addition to location and cleanliness of hotel.
