When making reservation I was told they had a wonderful put-put area and great game room. In reality the put-put was torn, 3 putters and 3 balls and no lighting. We tried stay in a room and found bed bugs. They moved us to a different room, double the bed bugs. Told them we would stay if they could give us a room without bugs, needless to say, they refunded our money. Had to throw out all our clothes and personal items.

MANY MANY safety hazards at this hotel. SO many things were missing that are expected at a hotel, towels, kleenex, blankets. I would call to get it condemned, if it wouldn't put the Shelter overflow that live there full time on the streets again.

Our group reserved rooms by the pool for NYE and yet several of the members had to stay in outside rooms and away from the pool.
