Nice stay in Jackson. In a non descript area in a non descript town. Room was clean and comforable. Not much around there. Nearby Planet Fitness wanted $20 a day to work out. Hotel had a nice breakfast spread and free Subway sandwiches and salads for dinner. I would recommend.

I just want to say I appreciate the staff @ this hotel. I have to reserve rooms quite often for company employees, and they are very helpful every time I speak with them. If I have to call concerning employees stays they never seem to be put out by my request.

While on a business trip my husband and his co-worker checked into Confort Inn in Jackson MI and there was a hole in the wall. I have stayed at this hotel twice in traveling for business and have found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The surrounding area leaves much to be desired as there are not a lot of options for entertainment. Overall I would definitely stay here again when venturing into the area.
