I could not believe the filth of the room we stayed in - we had to use towels to cover our chairs and they did not vacuum the room or clean even when we told them about the problems. Something is going on with this hotel - but did not see much construction going on - I think something else... more

I booked this hotel primarily because they had a restaraunt and lounge. Unfortunately, both were closed for renovation (you don't find that tid bit on their web site). The room was not quite dump status but it's getting there. Hopefully it is slated for renovation too. They may improve following complete renovations (if that's what they have planned), but I... more

My mother and I checked into the Clarion on Sat. evening. The outside is under construction, the neon sign on the side of the hotel, has the C out, the sidewalks are cracked and torn up, plywood is all over the place, nails, industrial trash cans, looks like a third world country, whereas the neighboring hotel chains look great. The... more

Rooms were clean and service was above par. The building and rooms are a little dated but is clean and the food is good. And for the price, this is the best deal to be had in the area. more

The hotel rooms were clean and the lobby was acceptable except that the photos were offensive. I do not need to enter a hallway with pictures of the virgin mary scattered throughout the hallways in the main lobby. This will be the last time I stay at this hotel until the pictures are removed more

Yes the rooms need a bit updating but in the past 2 years they have updated the pool, and are currently working on putting in new tile flooring in the bathrooms and new wall paper as for stains on the carpets i have been in every room and all i have seen was some ciggarett burns. The housekeepers are nice... more

We checked in on a Sunday afternoon for a week's stay. By Monday night we left for alternative accomodations. The minute we stepped into the hotel, there was a power failure. We should have taken this as an omen. Just like the other reviews, this hotel appears very nice on the surface. But when you look a little closer, you... more

but, due to "connections" with associates, I chose this Clarion on more than one occasion over the last year It is an old property with a quite inviting lobby, lounge and restaurant area. Good breakfast and lunch buffets! Great box lunches made by the kitchen staff. Upper floors are quiet, not accessible to kids. Theydo much business with airline personnel... more

I stayed at the Clarion for a wedding back in November of '04. Due to overbooking, some of the over flow from the wedding guests got bumped over to their sister hotel (Holiday Inn Express) located across the parking lot. How I wished I would have been lucky enough to get bumped. The Holiday Inn Express appeared to be a... more

The hotel lobby looked very nice as so did the lounge and resturant. The first room they gave us was very dirty, the refridge was moldy and the bathroom was very bad. we asked to change rooms and they did it right away. The second room was just as bad. no mold on the refridge but the bath room looked... more
