We were very impressed with this Fairfield Inn. Upon arrival, our check-in was handled in a pleasant, helpful and efficient way. The room was lovely and the housekeeping staff had done a great job making preparations for a family of 4 to stay. Traveling with my band last weekend we needed a hotel for 2 nights that wouldn't break our meager budgets. I decided to book the Fairfield Inn West Lansing because the price was very reasonable. Room was very clean, staff was friendly, and the breakfast was great! I have nothing bad to say about this place. more

This is a nice budget hotel. The rooms were a bit worn - particularly the bathroom - but they were clean. They have tea and coffee at all times in the lobby, as well as a bowl of fruit.
