Nice rooms, but staff has "attitude" towards Priceline customers. Saw this some at check-in, but even more when I called to ask why my room wasn't cleaned (when it should have been). I was told it was because the Do Not Disturb sign was on my door when the maid walked by, but to need that sign off the door... more
My dad and I recently stayed here as we were in town for a NASCAR event at Michigan International Speedway. Hotel is clean and tidy. Rooms are a decent size and well decorated. Stayed here with our two kids while attending a U of Michigan event in Ann Arbor. Super clean and new room. The staff could not have been nicer! Very close to many eating places and a Mall. more
We recently went to Livonia for a wedding. Some of the family stayed at the Residence Inn, my family included, others stayed at the Holiday Inn with the Wedding Party.
