Stopped in for an overnight stay after getting off the carferry. The Best Western met our expectations as a clean hotel. Pool area was okay, but not great. Staff was friendly and responsive. Included breakfast was as expected, serving typical hotel waffles, doughnuts, cereal. more

The Spash Park Inn looks like just the ticket for families with kids who need to work off a bunch of energy. It's not the greatest place for peace and quiet (although it was quieter than I expected!!) The breakfast was so-so. Every room is off the atrium, facing indoors. No outside windows. Staff very friendly and helpful. more

Recently spent the weekend in Ludington, and chose this place because of the pool & slide for the kids. We spent time both evenings in the pool, and it was enjoyed by all - not spectacular but fun enough to relax at the end of the day. The hotel is in the same area as the other "big name" hotels.... more

This trip was booked as a "family get-a-way" for the weekend. There was a group of about 20 of us. This is definitely a hotel to stay at if you have children. Our family (actually 3 families) spent the Holiday Break at this property and plan to make it our Holiday Tradition. The Property and Staff are outstanding! Their rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best hotel offerings I've seen. The slide and pool (of course) were the big hit with the kids! more

The staff is rude and service is very bad. When asked about talking to the GM, the owner came in and he was worse than the staff; favoring the staff and blaming us for complaining about our stay.
