We went up to Mackinac to enjoy the long holiday weekend and to celebrate my 50th birthday. We selected the Hotel Iroquois because it was right on the water. Although it was a little more money then we wanted to spend it was well worth it. If you wanted to run back to your room it was easy to get... more

Beautiful hotel. Our room was decorated nicely and the bathroom was stylishly updated. The TV in the room was tiny. If I remember right, it was 19 inches. We had a view of the ferry delivering people to the island. The downstairs area is comfortable with a nice lounge to watch a football game. Service was good. We didn't have... more

We spent 3 nights in a waterfront deluxe room and 3 nights in a gardenside room. Both were absolutely lovely. The transfer from Arnold ferry line went very smoothly and the hotel staff brought our luggage to the hotel within minutes. We rode our bikes to the hotel and there is a bike rack right on the side. Our room... more

We were met at the dock by the wonderful guy who took our luggage. The desk clerks were very nice and helpful.. The hotel is old and very charming. Right on main street , which I loved . The room was immaculate and clean as a pin. If your window is open you can hear the water and the horse-drawn carriages... more

We just returned from a two night stay at the Iroquois. It was lovely. We booked a deluxe waterfront room. It was on the second floor, and had a sitting area with two comfortable chairs that we spent some time just enjoying the the view of the lake from. You could, also, enjoy the sound of the horse drawn carriages... more

I want to start off by saying I've stayed at this hotel before, but it's been at least four years since my last visit. I've always been very happy with this property, and this stay did not disappoint. From the ease in booking online to the staff at the hotel, everything and everyone were exceptional. Because of it's small size... more

I stayed at Hotel Iriquois ffor the first time for four nights during a lovely August week after reading the reviews here on TripAdvisor. The baggage handler met me at the end of the dock and took my luggage over and upstairs for me. The hotel was extremely nice in a perfect location on one end of main street. My... more

This place is terrific. My wife and I have found that, for us at least, a practically perfect Mackinac Island sojourn is two days at the Iroquois, followed by two days at Grand Hotel. Intimate and elegant, then fun and festive. Nowhere else quite like Mackinac when you can enjoy the best it has to offer.. We called in our... more
