Booked into a jacuzzi King Room. It was very crowded, stained wall paper in bathroom, tub bottom very scratched - needed resurfacing. Staff were less than poor - to the point of very rude. Breafast as cheaply done as possible. Washers and dryers broken. For a recently new property, it is my opinion, this hotel doesn't meet BW standards. more
