We made a trip up to the UP for a weekend. The top things that stand out about this motel: (1) The staff - super friendly, very accomodating. Made sure we had a pleasant stay and we were taken care of. (2) the price - very affordable. It was the running of the UP200 that weekend and they could have taken advantage of the demand for rooms but did not. (3) The location was just a short drive to downtown Marquette. The rooms were pretty basic, but clean and comfortable. I don't want to lead people astray that is a 4 or 5 star hotel. but if you are looking for an affordable, clean, safe, and friendly place to stay on your trip to the UP I highly recommend this place more
