So, the hotel is nice, the rooms are okay, housekeeping is wonderful, but beware!! We were double billed for rooms twice, billed of one room four times, and had holds placed on my account for rooms multiple times. After we left we were double billed again for a room. Stayed here during our daughter's UM orientation. The hotel (off Rt. 23 in a rural commercial strip area) is 12 easy freeway miles away from the I-94 "State Street" exit, so it is not that far out of the way from the University of Michigan ...and the room rates saves you "at least" $35 off the usual UM-area average rate.... more

Room & bed were clean & comfortable; staff were courteous and helpful. Continental breakfast was above average with plenty of fruit. Decaf coffee available at all hours (as well as regular). The price is great, We stayed in a 2 room suite for 10 nights starting 15 February 2007. Couldn't fault the 'room' or the staff. Room was very spacious and contained everything we needed for our stay. more

I booked a room for three nights at the Sleep Inn.The room I got was not even cleaned. I pulled down the bed sheets and they were horrible. I will just say that there was hairs on the sheets.
