This hotel is 1 mile off the interstate which should have alerted me. It is surrounded by liquor stores, pawn shops and a junk yard. I stayed here because of the Frut gig at the Rec Bowl, it was about 3 blocks away. The room was clean, the AC worked, however, the door to the room had to be slammed shut to properly close, if you let the door close by itself, anyone on either side of the door could just push or pull it... more

Upon arrival, desk staff was eating food and watching t.v. and seemed uninterested in checking us in. The building is very old and in bad repair. Our bathroom sink was stained and looked unclean. The room was very thread bare. Based on the condition of the hotel, we did not even risk the so called continental breakfast the next morning.... more
