after reading reviews on this site (and others), I expected Little Ongava to be a highlight of our Namibian trip. Unfortunately, it was actually kind of disappointing. The intro to the camp, the main lodge, has no "wow" or warmth factor - it's a bit small, dark and dated-looking - not an inviting space. the furniture needs updating. the lighting... more

There are only 3 suites and each is as big as a house! There's a lovely big sundeck with a nice view, indoor and outdoor showers and a sala with a daybed. Rock rabbits are scampering everywhere but they leave the daybed alone. It was too cold to to use the plunge pool but it was great fun watching all... more
