The rooms have everything you need, maybe a little basic but looking around town I don't think you would find anything better. I stayed Welcome Guest House Bodhgaya www.welcome-guesthouse.com for 2 nights. It was really comfortable, because the staff were very kind and friendly. The room I stayed was also good. It costs only Rs.200. with double bed. It was clean and silent. And they had Wi-Fi, the speed was fast, it costed Rs.30 per hour though.
