Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Disgusting behavior from the receptionist: tried to call them to book for a week and kindly asked him to get the confirmation email before hanging up since i’ve given him my credit card information, he replied « don’t you think i have better things to do? » following by multiple inappropriate comments. A receptionist’s job is to accept bookings. Please do not book this hotel if you want to feel welcome.

We booked into this hotel and thought it was a good hotel. Upon arrival we saw that the room did not have air conditioning as described on the hotel's website. It was simply a device that made a huge noise inside the room, and you couldn't sleep. And it didn't even work right. The heat was too much. The breakfast is very simple. So we were disappointed. Maybe for one night is ok. But is beter in the winter tijd.

Apparently the hotel does not have reservation system under control. No compensation or other room (upgrade) was offered. Not even day-access to spa. I would have appreciated at least a spa pass seeing as the hotel cancelled when I was an hour away. Customer service unacceptable.

Arrived at the hotel late at night after a difficult journey full of unpredicted occurences. Although i announced a late arrival, i was not particularly friendly received, very much on the contrary... I was (after 5 minutes waiting at the door) received by the owner, with the question “et oui?” With an expression on his face that clearly feels you rather disturb than being treated as a customer. My taxi driver noticed the tension and tried to open up a bit. But all in vain. I should have left.... the hotel manager has no clue about hospitality, friendliness or any kind of empathy with his customers. So plse do not go there if you are looking for friendliness.... Room was not all too clean, i did not even consider the spa, not worth the name anyways. Found some hairs From the previous visitor in the bath tub... It “petit” castel and it is “petit” in all of it meanings. The hotel manager is not the person to run the place, he Doesn’t have the attitude to be in this bizz. Too bad, but you feel more like disturbing then feeling a welcomed and respected customer

The owner is rude, unpolite and unfriendly. The rooms are pleasant, bedding excellent. In the lobby the couch is sagging and velvet material is worn out as is the carpet in the staircase, the coffee room is according. The wifi is a joke. It works for 15 minutes then stops. You must then wait another 15 minutes before subscribing again. The outside garage although advertised as closed does not close and has no door. But it is close by... Why three stars? Never again.

We stayed to nights in this hotel. Our welcome was nice. The hotel is managed by a family. Everyone was really gentle. Our french isn’t so good so we had to speak english sometimes. They understand and speak it very well so that’s very fine. We had a puppy of six monts with us and that was all fine for them. Breakfast wasn’t that much but it was enough. It was all fresh. The croissants were even warm when they were served! We also booked the Spa one time. It’s very clean and relax. We loved the garden really much. It was huge and really cute. The hotel is a typical french hotel. The only thing we missed was a bar. On the evening there was no one so you couldn’t order anything. Beuzeville itself wasn’t great at night so we had to go really early to our room. It’s a very good hotel when you are on the road through France. We had a nice stay and maybe we will go back some time!

A family run hotel in a lovely little village close to Honfleur. Very friendly welcome by host. Room spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Comprehensive continental breakfast at reasonable rate . Garden with sun loungers and terrace with furniture. The host speaks very good English and is very helpful with advising on good restaurants and places to visit. A brilliant typically French hotel . We stayed for 3 days and will definitely stay again

We hardly arrived, she wss derp in the Jacuzzi, refreshing and preparing her body for the expert masseuse called in from the neighbouring place. The lady at the reception was everything the French aren't famous for- nice, assistant, good humoured and high spirited. Fell in live with her. The room was not snall, all was clean, y compris the toilet. Wi-Fi was disatrous. They'll fix it. All in all, we loved the place. We'll definitely return

A very warm welcome, nothing too much and and excellent breakfast and all at very reasonable rates. The ensuite room was very well appointed, a great view across the garden and very comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from in the town, though on my stay (a Sunday) many were closed. As I was only able to stay overnight and due to events on the day not arriving to mid-evening there was not time to check out the spa - just means I'll need to go back.

We just found this nice hotel by chance and was very pleased with the quality of the room and the management..Our garden view room was charming and modern. Breakfast was sufficient and we enjoyed our stay. My only advice to this kind man is not to suggest the Creperie Du Feu restaurant to English speaking tourists as they are some of the rudest people I have meet on my world travels.
