Positioned about 300 metres East of the Google Earth pin, the old house has a very strong musty smell in the dining room (only for breakfasts). Rooms in the annex are via creaky stairs and can be hot in summer as they have a lot of roof area as part of the room. If you can't find anyone in reception then go to the private wing to the main house (big red door) and shout upstairs. They seem to cater for weddings and this is the main business - wise as facilities for travellers are not too good - eating involves going to La Fleche. We think we would use a hotel in La Fleche if transiting again. more
