The staff at the DoubleTree- Novi was excellent and accomodating. We had an excellent couples stay with Brunch the next morning for Mother's Day with the Parents and siblings meeting us. And the price didn't go up. Keep up the great spirits.

Arrival and check out handled efficiently. Breakfast staff was very attentive and friendly. Food area kept very clean and well attended. Suite was large and clean with furniture in excellent condition. Good value for an overnight stay.

Hilton properties always have a high standard of quality and service. This property was much better than most non-Hilton properties. It was not up to the same standard that I have experienced in my other Hilton related stays.

I was pleased with the staff and how they went out of their way to see that everything was to my satisfaction. The quality of the breakfast coffee was outstanding. I truly enjoyed my stay and look forward to coming back to the Drouble Tree Novi next year.
