Cleanliness acceptable. Nice renovated rooms. Pets allowed. All-inclusive room is a good bargain. Red Roof Inn lobby coffee is the best!!! more
Unbelievable experience checking in and out, had reservation confirmation and rate with special needs for first floor because of elderly companions. Upon arrival we were told there were no first floor rooms available and were quoted a different rate. Took over an hour to get things acceptible while six other customers were stacked up behind us.
