My husband and I bought a new motorhome this year and received a temporary membership for Thousand Trails. We decided to try the one in St. Clair,Mi since it was closest to our daughter's home. We thought since this is a membership park it would be very nice ~ we were very wrong. It was very run down looking, most sites had no fire rings, restrooms and showers were bad and I did laundry one night and the hard water put rust stains on several pieces of my white clothing. Very disappointing and we will NOT be joining Thousand Trails. more
