This property is unusual in the fact that there are several different buildings that house the hotel rooms. If you are more interested in using the pool, I would ask for a room closer to that, otherwise, you could end up like us walking across the lawn and parking lot to get to the pool. This was one of the nicer Econo Lodges. Rooms were clean, and It appeared to be recently redecorated. The staff was friendly, and the rates were reasonable. I stayed at this hotel for a late season trip to Mackinac Island. Saint Ignace is a beautiful town... I would highly recommend it instead of Mackinac City.
