Went for an Anniversary get away. The Staff was GREAT. The hotel was as expected. The room was clean, comfortable and quite. Not much of a view, but the location was fantastic. The beach was just a minute away. I am sure we will go back the next time we go to South Haven. more

Checked in at around 3pm and felt the floor in the room vibrating. We went out and came back a couple of hours later and it was still vibrating (a very odd feeling) however, when I asked the front desk to sort it out they immediately moved us to another room only a few doors down the corridor which was... more

We stayed here for a couple nights in July. This hotel is awesome. The location to the beaches is so easy that we were glad we hadn't spent the extra money to stay closer. The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast in the morning was one of the best that we've had and the... more

A great choice for a quiet stay. It's only a 5 minute drive from downtown and the beaches. Staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable. It's certainly nothing fancy, but is a solid place to stay without any real faults. more

There's a reason this hotel gets higher marks than any of the other chain hotels at the freeway intersection of I-196/US-31 and Phoenix Street -- it's very nice. Nothing fantastic or amazing, just clean, quiet and competently managed. Rooms a bit small but nice carpet and furnishings, comfortable firm bed, nice bathrooms, clean and spacious pool and workout areas, great... more

Enjoyed everything about our stay at this Hampton Inn. The room was spacious, the beds fabulous, all linens were perfect! Nothing shabby, worn or discolored. The room was clearly well maintained in every way. Staff is helpful and friendly, breakfast is terrific, and the cookies at the front desk are a nice touch! Pool and hot tub area also well... more

Stayed at the Hampton again for the Blueberry Festival. I would say that this is the only hotel to stay at in South Haven. Comfort has thin walls and has small pool with no hot tub, Holiday Inn Express same with small pool and thin walls, and Stayed at the Ramada back when it was still lighthouse, not the best... more

My husband and I, our teenage son and nephew, stayed for four nights at this Hampton. While the property is small it is, for the most part, clean and well maintained. The rooms were smaller and only double beds, which seems kind of of extinct these days, but the bathroom was quite large. My husband uses several different mobility devices... more
