Not a horrible hotel, but check in was a hassle and the one lady was quite rude to other customers. The hotel smells like cigarette smoke in the hallways. They must allow smoking in some rooms which permeates into the common areas. My room had a strong odor of cleansers or air fresheners. No competition and these people know it.... more

The air conditioning in the lobby and breakfast area of the hotel was not working at all, and it was uncomfortably hot and humid. I thought the Holiday Inn Express was a great hotel with friendly workers and people. The pool and play room was great for my kids and the fitness room for me. I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning for my family and I. I recommend this hotel to everyone. more
