Very important to this location is the shuttle that moves people back and forth between the airport and hotel and also between the hotel and the Mall of America. My young family used the shuttle quite a bit, but on more than one occasion we were made to take special trip outside of the normal shuttle routes to take flight... more

My first stay at a Hyatt Place Hotel. Very impressed with the makeover. Lobby was refreshing and was upscale in design and function. Coffee and cocktail bar connected to the front desk and flowed into the service area for breakfast. Staff was friendly. Rooms were high tech and bed was typical Hyatt first class standard. more
