“Clean and convenient”

Very friendly staff, easy to get to off freeway, close to the airport and a very good shuttle service! Didn't have time to get the breakfast as we had an early flight. Room was very clean and in order. Beds ok

“For a one night stay”

We stayed in this hotel as close to VA and Outback was connected to hotel. It is close to Mpls., Airport with free shuttles to and from and also to Mall of America. I don't think I would use this hotel for an extended stay as older and could use remodeling and updating. Breakfast was ok but typical of the... More

“Weekend trip to Minneapolis”

This hotel has a great location near the Mall of America, and it offers free shuttles to the Mall and to the airport. The big breakfast spread is free too. The staff is very friendly, especially Corey. He gave me good directions for using the light rail system, and he was professional and courteous.

“Average, could have been better”

Big hotel, staff very friendly and helpful but facility is worn. Lobby didn't look or feel clean. Carpets in hallways were worn &dirty. Linens looked worn as well. The sink in my room had a 6 inch crack in it that looked like they had tried to repair. No refrigerator or microwave.

We had a 17 hour layover in Minneapolis enroute to Amsterdam, and the Comfort Inn manager accommodated us for a "day room" after our red-eye flight. This hotel, while a bit "aged" has a very nice breakfast, excellent staff and nice sized rooms. The decor is nice but not very fancy and I suspect that some better lighting in the hallways would improve the overall looks. If you like swimming, the pool is nice. “Friendly, Clean, & Quiet”

Would stay there again. Breakfast was great, room clean, staff friendly, This would be a great location if you were going to the airport, or shopping at the Mall. I stayed there because of pending inclement weather and certainly have no regrets. The Comfort Inn was easy to find and an Outback Steakhouse is also located there.

If you're going to the Mall of America this is a great place to stay. Free shuttles to the mall and airport, a friendly staff, and a great free breakfast made for a great vacation. “Perfect for our needs”

Nice clean room, friendly staff, good location, and a GREAT shuttle bus driver (safe and extremely friendly). Driver loaded our luggage directly into our car for us at around midnight, we really appreciated that since we just returned from 85° weather in Cancun.

The room and the lobby were nice, but the halls and elevators were in pretty bad shape. The breakfast was ok -lots of choices. The blueberry waffles were delicious, the biscuits and gravy were terrible (just the gravy -biscuits were fine alone). The shuttle service was really nice. So convenient!
