The brain dead staff at this hotel did not have my room ready and sent me out into a tornado packed hail-storm. Thanks alot guys for the warning when you told me to go to the branch down the street. It takes 2 hours to get "down the street" and i'm lucky I hid under an underpass during the storm.... more

My wife and I stayed there just one night, as it was close to the airport and reasonably priced. A couple of things marred our stay: first of all, the pillows are very thin and skimpy. Because we could not find any detailed reviews of this hotel, we were kind of leary booking a room here, but took the plunge and booked a room anyways. What a pleasant surprise! Rated above average for value. Recommend booking directly to hotel versus online due to overbooking by company, according to general manager. Booked online for two beds, ended up with one bed first night because of such. First time experience in reservations. General manager was a good troubleshooter and made proper corrections and compromises for our stay. more
