The hotel section of the property is definitely a place I would revisit. The rooms were roomy, clean, but the hair dryers sucked, Staff was very friendly and helpful. The waterpark didnt impress me nor my kids. Not as much fun as the pictures lead you to believe. more

My girlfriend went for an overnight stay at this hotel in order to take a 'mini vacation' away from everything, and also to visit the Gran Rios water park. On my first attempt to reach them, my call rang unanswered- a short while later I called back, and before I could even explain the nature of my call, I was... more

I had went here for my sons birthday and before hand had asked for a refrigerator. Well when I got to my room there was no refrigerator and I had my sons cake. Well needless to say the cake melted all over the place and my son was disappointed, and on top of it I had the cake specially made.... more

They forgot to tell us that Coconut Charlie area was not there anymore, we paid higher rate to be in that area. Told that the owner removed it & still on web sites & still getting their money for it. The water park was COLD. The swimming pool was COLD, no way to turn on hot tub. The games in... more

I stayed at the hotel because I needed a room with a great rate at the last minute. Hotwire advertised the hotel location as "Maple Grove" but after I booked the room, Hotwire revealed the hotel to be located in Brooklyn Park. The Minneapolis area is a regular getaway for us. We've become familiar with many of the various suburbs.... more

Of all the hundreds of hotels that I have stayed in (and many have been the Ramada) this has got to be the worst yet!! The halls and stairwells were totally filthy. People (including staff) were constantly smoking in the stairwells so the hotel stank of smoke. We waited 50 minutes for a very basic breakfast, no one once asked... more

When we arrived at the hotel, we were informed that the hotel was overbooked and that our requested poolside, queen room was not available. We were offered a king suite or king poolside or they would pay for a night at another hotel. I checked out the king poolside to see if the pull out would be ok for my... more

I stayed at the hotel because I needed a room with a great rate at the last minute. Hotwire advertised the hotel location as "Maple Grove" but after I booked the room, Hotwire revealed the hotel to be located in Brooklyn Park. I use to live in Minneapolis and Brooklyn Park is not one of my favorite locations because its... more

The hotel is FILTHY. Booked two rooms. Neither was anywhere near acceptable. Carpet horribly stained as was the arm chair that pulled out to make up a twin sleeper. Pizza boxes and other assorted nastiness were left littered in the hallway. The air conditioner in the room was loud. As we were checking in a wedding type party was breaking... more
