We were there for a wedding reception so a one night stay only. The physical plant was shabby and run down, and worst of all there were bugs in our beds! That says it all. Never again! more

Very good value for the price. We found the location of the hotel just right for us as we planned activities from Albertsville to Valleyfair during our stay which placed us about in the middle of our two furthest points of interest. Check in was quick and easy. Our room had a couple of large black stains on the carpet.... more

Check in was terrible, room was dirty chair broken stains on floor and much more. Second room tub would not drain far from indoor waterpark(which I paid to be near) staff was very unfriendly, asked for new room but couldn't accomadate. kids where locked in between pools and waterpark and staff couldn't get into pool area. complained at check out... more

Wow - complaining has now surpassed baseball as THE national pasttime. Based upon the negative reviews, one would think this place was located in a back alley of Bangladesh.
