If the "new management" invested half the time into cleaning the rooms as they did "CORRECTING" all the bad reviews maybe their hotel wouldn't be in the dumps. You'd have to be a fool (or a hooker) to stay in such a travesty. I wouldn't wish for my worst enemy to stay in the hell hole they call burnsville inn.

On my birthday my husband, reserved a room for us there. Once reaching there, it looked like a battle zone when we drove around the building. The building's exterior appearance horrified us. Once we walked in we found out about all the hidden charges. I asked could we see the room first and they did allow us to. Once we... More

My husband and I were stranded in Minneapolis on our way out west, and our airline put us up at the Burnsville Inn. Several other passengers had to stay there as well...interestingly, none of the passengers under 21 or with children were put up there. I think I know why. Our first sign of its sketchiness occurred when our shuttle... More

I stayed at this hotel beginning in October 2009 and left October 2010. I make my living on the road and if I wanted a Marriott at $80-100 bucks a night, that's what I would choose. But after paying that and more to hear my neighbor's telephone, tv, etc., in these and other 4 star hotels, I consider that money... More

My husband and I wanted a night away and have stayed here before. Our previous stay was great, this was 2 years ago or so. Upon arriving to check in we noticed that the pool was closed, which, we were never told about when we called for reservations. This was one reason we wanted to stay at the hotel. The... More

Me and my boyfriend went their for our 1yr anniversary, first off i think the hotel is in a horrible location, away from the main drag so i bet it doesn't get nearly the business it has potential for, and signing is horrible, at least for finding it after dark, me and my boyfriend couldn't tell if we found the... My wife and I wanted to get a romantic getaway so we rented one of their themed rooms. The check in process was easy and the clerk was great. However, we enter the hotel to a shattered glass door. The hotel reeks of mildew and smoke. As we walk down the hallway to our room, the carpet is all ripped... More

I wanted to take the time to reply to a few of the comments here. The property in the last few years was let go by the previous owner and a management company which I respresent was hired to take possesion until it is sold. As far as the hallways being torn up, there was a incident with the city... More

This was our fourth time going back to 2005. It's always been a fun night. Too bad the property in general needs some new investors to buy it back from the bank. The young lady at the front desk who took our reservation and welcomed us the next night was very helpful, willing to show us any of the rooms... More
