I think hotel is very good, the maid service is excellent,only bad thing is the slowness of the elevators but you must remember the group I was with was over 700 people, Duluth always does a excellent job hosting our union business and the hotel resturaqnts are awesome taking on all of us, its a major undertaking I am sure.... more

We booked a great Sat. night rate through priceline ($65) during the summer. We should have known...significant mold on shower curtain, very loud air conditioning unit, loud fridge, etc. No help from the front desk because we booked through priceline. Second stay at this hotel. Will not stay again. Tired 80's vintage hotel in need of renovation. Stuffy king suite with ineffective A/C and no airflow. Hard to imagine a smaller bathroom.
