Great place to stay....offer medical rates and shuttle services to and from hospital. Excellent staff and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Nice pool and restaurants as well. Will stay there again for sure

After reading the negative reviews, I'll admit that I was not looking forward to my stay. We didn't have a good start since the parking ramp was very full upon our Friday late afternoon arrival. We then walked into the lobby and it was full of people waiting to be checked in! After that, things improved...there were four people working...

My wife and I rented a movie that was stated to be $4. 99. The next morning the bill under our door indicated we were charged $17. 25!!! I called the front desk and they would not adjust the bill to the $4. 99 price we thought we were paying. Very disappointing!

I am not one to give a "terrible" rating so this is the reason for the "Poor" rating. I spend 40% of my life in hotels for business and this hotel experience would be synonymous with my stays at a Motel 6 from my childhood. This is not my first stay in this particular hotel.
