We have stayed here many times for family gatherings. The Inn is often very crowded in summer, and this stay was no exception. Prices are very steep and so you would expect nice quality room and/ror good service, but their service was horrible. This hotel was great. The room we booked was huge...and very clean. It was quiet and the service was amazing. The staff was very polite and helpful in every aspect. The only minor complaint that we had was that the beds were very soft. But otherwise a very good hotel. We would recommend this hotel for sure!! more

Really enjoyed the Inn on Lake Superior. The room was spacious. We loved the lake view. What really makes the place are the small details - coffee and hot chocolate available anytime, s'mores at night, water in the room, breakfast. I look forward to staying here again. more
