My husband and I stayed at the AG Thomson House in October of 2009 for our Honeymoon. Angie and Tim delivered exceptional service from the start of our planning process. They gave detailed information on their different rooms and helped us choose a great room, upon arrival we were greeted by Tim who helped us with our luggage, showed us... more

We stayed at the Thomson House B&B to celebrate our 10th anniversary. We are so glad we did. Everything about this place is amazing. Angie and Tim are wonderful hosts. They ensured everything was absolutely perfect for our stay. Angie even arranged dinner reservations and helped us plan our days. We stayed in the Ryerson Room. It had a nice... more

My wife and I decided to stay at the AG Thompson House to celebrate our two-year anniversary based on the recommendation of these reviews on Trip Advisor. I can say honestly that the experience met and then surpassed all of the reviews I have read about the Inn thus far. Tim and Angie are the most gracious and available of... more

My new wife and I stayed at the A.G. Thomson House for a short honeymoon getaway after our wedding. Even though this was our first B&B stay, I can't imagine going to another one which would compare. We stayed in the Lake Superior Suite and it was AMAZING!!! Highly recommended for anyone looking for just a little bit more privacy.... more

We had the most wonderful stay at the A.G. Thomson House for our 10th anniversary. The house is absolutely beautiful and our room was so romantic with the in room whirlpool tub and gas fireplace. The breakfasts each morning were absolutely delicious and so nice to talk to other guests and our hosts, Angie & Tim, while dining. The Duluth... more

Where do I begin on the best experience my Wife and I have ever had at a B&B? First of all, driving up to the house was absolutely beautiful. We came in the Fall, so we got some beautiful Fall colors. But, then you finally get to the A.G. Thomson B&B, and along with the surrounding scenery, we both knew... more

The bed and breakfast was absolutely beautiful. Pulling up to it on a fall afternoon was the perfect start with the trees changes and seeing this home set up on a hill. The neighborhood is also wonderful with gorgeous homes. From the moment we stepped in we felt like home and were greeted by Angie. She gave us a tour... more

Accommodations were beautiful and very well kept from the outside grounds to the main house to the Lake Superior Suite (separate carriage house that we definitely recommend - beautiful)! Watched three deer walk through the back yard one morning! Delicious breakfast served in a sunny room - enjoyed visiting with other guests!! Fresh chocolate cookies served each day - missed... more

This was my first experience at a bed and breakfast, I have never felt so pampered on a vacation. Tim and Angie made sure to put a personal touch on every detail. I don't know too many places that would leave truffles on the pillow after the room was made up everyday, or fresh baked cookies in the afternoon. We... more
