shuttle bus guy was great; beds were awkward, nasty and uncomfortable. Guest services just hung up on me after getting bored with me. This hotel would be fine as a holiday inn, but there is nothing crowne plaza about it. And it's nowhere near anything. Don't be fooled. $59 hotel. Don't pay more! more
