The rooms are mostly clean and confortable bed and very nice leather chair. The plasma TV is great! The pool/ hot tub has a nice setup..dim lighting and relaxing music -comfy. My family and I stayed at the AmericInn in Hastings (February, 2007).The hotel was recently remodeled so everything is new and extremely clean. There is all new carpeting and tile throughout the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. They provided us with a role-away and extra pillows upon request.
